Upon the petition given on 20 April 1907 by Şükrü İbn-i Muhammed El Mezgiz (?) regarding due actions to be taken for the acceptance of a sum to be paid by him for exemption from military service
As a result of investigation, it has been understood that Şükrü İbn-i Muhammed El Mezgiz (?) works as a grocer and that he can afford to pay a sum for exemption from military service. The 9th of Mayîs (1)323 (22nd of May 1907).
