Upon the petition presented on 23 April 1907, due to the fact that Seydan Zeki Effendi El Davûdi, whose name has been drawn in the military lot, will pay a sum to be exempted from military service
The petitioner Seydan Zeki Effendi El Davûdi works as a merchant and a look at this wealth made it sufficient to understand that he can afford to pay the sum to be exempted from military service. The 15th of Mayîs (1)323 (28th of May 1907).
