Upon the petition given on 8 July 1907 by Halil İbn-i Muhammed Karhan from the village of Lifta
It has been understood from the hereby delivered covenant sent from the village muhtar that Halil İbn-i Muhammed Karhan can afford to pay the sum to be exempted from military service. The 6th of Ağustos (1)323 (19th of August 1907).
