Upon the petition given on 4 March 1907 by Osman Abdülkadir Ganim who undertakes the cleaning service of the Jewish Neighborhood outside the city and also a part inside the city
It has been deemed sufficient to seize the house, specified in the above-written marginal note by the Office of Main Registers of Revenues, in exchange for the said iltizam in compliance with its value. It is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of Main Registers of Revenues, as regards, primarily, the seizure of the said house and return of this petition again to our council, with the task of repayment of the deposit taken from the petitioner to be dealt with later. The 30th of Nîsân (1)323 (13th of May 1907).
