Upon the petition, dated 14 April 1910, presented by the ex-municipal engineer İbrahim Musa Effendi
As the petitioner is now at an old age, he is incapable of carrying out the duties given to him. He has thus been discharged as an official and nothing has been cut back on his salary during his term office for the purpose of providing him something later. Hence, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to negotiate the matter and make a statement. The 29th of Nîsân (1)326 (12th of May 1910).
