Upon the marginal note, dated 3 June 1907 and numbered 237, written by the Sanjak’s Accounting behind the the bill arranged by the Prison Directorate regarding the Dutch auction of the transfer from Harem-i Şerif of 200 tulum of water needed by the prisonhouse per day
In accordance with the hereby delivered Dutch auction bill, the transfer cost of 200 tulum of water requested to be transferred on a daily basis from Harem-i Şerif to the said hospital for a period of one year from the beginning of June of 1323 (14 June 1907) until the end of May of 1324 (13 June 1908) on the days when the Birket-i Süleymân water is cut off. After the completion of bidding, it was decided that each tulum of water be provided at a rate of 0.12 piasters as respected current akçe by Mustafa Mahmud Al Halil. The 4th of Huzayrân (1)323 (17th of June 1907).
