Upon the marginal note, dated 19 March 1907 and numbered 6, by the Education Directorate, regarding the Dutch auction of reparation to be made in the Preparatory School
The estimated costs of the said reparation were put on Dutch auction and in accordance with the hereby delivered Dutch auction bill, it was decided that the work be undertaken at a rate of 2,890 piasters as respected current akçe by Yesi Al Ban Al Desufi (?). The 28th of Mârt (1)323 (10th of April 1907).
