Upon the marginal note given on 20 May 1907 by the Commandership regarding the provision necessary from the beginning of May of 1323 (14 May 1907) until its end (13 June 1907)

The prices written in the attached bill of the vegetables, etc. determined through the rate of daric-i bender have been considered to be average and in compliance with market values; and no suitor has been found by the municipality. The 10th of Mayîs (1)323 (23rd of May 1907).
