Upon the letter, dated 28 May 1907 and numbered 89, sent by the Second Doctor of the Hamidiye Etfal Hospital and the Vice Chairman of the Mineral Waters Commission
As stated in this letter, the Jaffa Mayor has been selected as the delegate for notifying when the said water is transferred to the Jaffa port; paying the approximate amount of 3,700 piasters, its total cost together with the ferryboat fee, to the Jaffa branch of the Ottoman Bank; taking the mineral waters and submitting them to the train for delivery to Jerusalem. As regards the delivery of the said 1,500 big bottles, it is appropriate to report it in reply. The 28th of Mayîs (1)323 (10th of June 1907).
