Upon letter dated 20 January 1909 and numbered 134, presented by the Waqfs Accounting regarding the removal of trash in the store located next to Bab-al-kaza
A part of the said store is under the trustyship of Sadettin Effendi and Tevfik El Halid Effendi, the Deputy Directors of Bethlehem, and Muhammeed Abdülvahab Al Halidi Effendi and İbrahim Kalyo (?) Effendi; and it has been understood that the other part belongs to the Waqfs Accounting. In response, a negotiation was held with Sadettin Effendi on this issue and he has stated that he is ready to fulfill the necessary reparation. The trash in the said place has been removed by the municipality and for taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Waqfs Accounting. The 14th of Kânûn Thânî (1)324 (27th of January 1909).
