Upon the letter, dated 29 December 1906 and numbered 76, by the Jerusalem Mail and Telegraph Directorate, regarding the Dutch auction of the cost of eighty posts to be installed on the telegraph line from Jaffa to Jerusalem
It was decided that the transfer of the said posts be undertaken by Yakup Şakir Ağa at a rate of 500 piasters as respected current akçe. The 30th of Kânûn Awwal (1)322 (12th of January 1907).
