Upon the letter, dated 30 January 1905 and numbered 329, by the Directorate of Ottoman Lands
24,300 piasters, the cost estimated for the construction expenses of the mosque to be newly constructed together with the school in the village of Hamidiye, has been considered appropriate; and the reparation costs of the bridge in Jericho have been put on Dutch auction, but no one showed any interest. It has been understood from the municipal engineer’s statement in the hereby presented inspection register that the amount of the determined costs is appropriate and befitting. The 15th of Shubât (1)320 (28th of February 1905).
