Upon the letter, dated 8 April 1907 and numbered 77, by the Gendarme Commandership, regarding the Dutch auction of the boots necessary for the soldiers of the Gendarme battalion
The boots requested to be manufactured were put on Dutch auction pursuant to the sample given. In accordance with the hereby delivered Dutch auction bill, it was decided each pair of boots of the cavalry be provided at a rate of 56 piasters as respected current akçe; and that each pair of boots of the infantry at a rate of 39 piasters, all by İlyas Cirbis Ataullah under the guarantee of Davûd İlyas Al Karini. The 17th of Mayîs (1)323 (30th of May 1907).
