Upon the letter, dated 25 February and numbered 1389, written by the Administrative Council upon the letter, dated 2 February 1905 and numbered 80, by the Tax Directorate regarding the selection of two experts for the purpose of modifying the earnings of real estate agents, craftsmen and handicraftsmen
Our council members Tahir Ömer Effendi and Bulusi Karmi (?) Effendi have been selected for carrying out the said expertise. The 26th of Shubât (1)320 (11th of March 1905).
