Upon the Kaymakamlık of Hebron’s letter dated 15 March 1909 and numbered 2, regarding the collection of the gas tax through iltizam
Although the said taxes are being collected by a special official on governmental account, it is explained in this letter that it would be more appropriate if it is given to the multazim. For negotiating this issue and taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 7th of Mârt (1)325 (20th of March 1909).
