Upon the journal, dated 27 May 1019, by the municipal engineer Atıl Effendi, regarding Avde Al Faran (?) from the village of Ram (?)
Avde Al Faran (?) has made an opposition in this respect, and his fine has been determined by the municipality. Henceforth, with regard to the limitation of his term of imprisonment by the relevant court, a note dated 25 May 1910 has been presented and relegated to the office of the assistant public prosecutor. However, the person in question continues his opposition as nothing has been done yet. Thus, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the office of the assistant public prosecutor in order to take due action in respect thereof. The 15th of Mayîs (1)326 (28th of May 1910).
