Upon the decision, dated 2 January 1907 and numbered 1361, taken by the Sanjak Administrative Council regarding the Dutch auction of fifty fezs necessary for police officials
Fifty necessary tasseled fezs were put on Dutch auction. In accordance with the hereby presented Dutch auction bill, it was decided that each fez be provided at a rate of 14,1 piasters as respected current akçe by Hac Abdüssamed Al Deccani and Bedir Al Halidi. The 30th of Kânûn Thânî (1)322 (12th of February 1907).
