1323 senesine mahsûben mevki’-i müzâyedeye konulmuş olan zebhiye ve bâc-ı hayvan rüsûmunun izâlesi için meclis-i idare-i livâdan karar i’tâsına değin rüsûmun istifâsı için mevakkaten birer me’mûr ta’yini lâzimeden bulunmuş ve zebhiye rüsûmu için yevmi yarım mecidiye ücret ile Fehmi İbn-i Halil Effendi Binbaşı ve bâc-ı hayvan rüsûmu için yevmi beş guruş ücretle Şekib Dakkak Effendiler ta’yini münâsib görülmüş ise de bunların veyahûd tensib buyrulacak diğer iki şahsın ta’yin buyrulması zımmında meclis-i idare-i livâya emr ü havâlesi babında ferman. Fi 28 Şubat sene 322.
