Upon the decision, dated 29 June 1907 and numbered 454, taken by the Sanjak Administrative Council regarding the exploration of Bittir’s water
The council member Erzuni (?) Effendi and Engineer İbrahim Effendi have been appointed for the said exploration and they will go to the said village on 29. day of this month, coinciding with Friday (12 July 1907). Hence, as stated in Sanjak Administrative Council’s decision, it is appropriate to notify the Railroad Commissariat to have an engineer in the village on that day and, then, to return this document to the municipality. The 26th of Huzayrân 1323 (9th of July 1907).
