Upon the decision, dated 17 December 1906 and numbered 1132, taken by the Sanjak Administrative Council, regarding the Dutch auction of 10,398 piasters, which is the estimated cost
for the prisonhouse reparation
The estimated cost of the said reparation was put on Dutch auction and after the completion of bidding, it was decided that, in accordance with the hereby presented Dutch auction bill, the work be undertaken by the architect İsa Al Kasbib (?) at a rate of 10,000 piasters as respected current akçe. The 27th of Kânûn Awwal (1)322 (9th of January 1907).
