Upon the decision, dated 6 July 1907 and numbered 495, taken by the Sanjak Administrative Council regarding the Dutch auction of gendarme boots
As stated in the above-written decision by the Sanjak Administrative Council, those interested in the auction were summoned again to our council. Having given necessary incentives, it was decided that each pair of cavalry boots be provided at a rate of 55.5 piasters, and each pair of infantry boots at a rate of 38.5 piasters, all by İlyas Cirbis Ataullah under the guarantee of Davud Süleyman Al kari. The 30th of Huzayrân 1323 (13th of July 1907).
