Upon the bill dated 21 October August 1905 given by the Treasury Accounting regarding the Dutch auction of the cost of 25 tulum of water to be transferred per day from Harem-i Şerif to the İmaret of Haseki Sultan
The transfer cost of the requested water was put on Dutch auction. In accordance with the hereby presented bill, it was decided that each tulum of water be transferred by Muhammed Cevlani under the guarantee of Musita (?) at a rate of 0.9 piasters as respected current akçe. The 5th of Kânûn Awwal (1)321 (18th of December 1905).
