The cost of the requested 100 gas boxes and a pump of gas containing 20 tins of gas was opened to Dutch auction, and it was decided that 5 gas boxes be provided by Abdurrahman Effendi at a rate of 32 piasters as respected current akçe and one gas pump be provided by the Jewish Yosef Tenekeci at a rate of 2.1 piasters. In order to submit the pumps to the municipal police for and to receive 50 of the 100 gas boxes from the gashouse, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force. The 13th of Mârt (1)315 (25th of March 1899).
