It has been decided by the council to rent the third store located next to the library (qiratkhâna) on Jaffa Road to the respectable (khawâja) Hanna Lunsu, for a period of one year starting in the beginning of Muharram (1)312 until the end of Dhî al hijja (1)312 for an amount of thirteen French liras upfront (bi wûdj al salf). In order to announce this, this decision was taken on the 20th of Huzayrân (1)310 (2nd of July 1894).
