It has been decided by the council to rent the second store of the group of stores belonging to the municipality’s coffeehouse to the respectable Yahûda Hirsch Rosenbaum, citizen of Austria, for a period of one year starting in the beginning of Muharram (1)312 until the end of Dhî al hijja (1)312 for an amount of twelve French liras. Four liras are to be paid upfront, and another four liras three months after. Accordingly, this decision was taken on the 20th of Huzayrân (1)310 (2nd of July 1894).
