Bab-el-Halil’den Belediye Hastahânesi’ne kadar yevmî sulanmakta olan şose yolunun masârifâtına karşuluk olarak tevzî’ edilmiş olan meblağdan matviyyen takdîm kılınan pusulada muharrer-ül-esâmi eşhâsdan matlûb 1370 guruşun tediyesinde merkûmlar tereddüt ve muhavele göstermekte olduklarından meblağ-ı mezbûrun yerli yerinden bit-tahsîl belediye sandığına teslimi ve vermeyenler hakkında Meclis-i Belediye Nizamnâmesi’nin 40. maddesine tevfiken muâmele icrâsı zımmında zabıtaya emr ü havâlesi babında ferman. Fi 5 Eylül sene 316 (18th of September 1900).
