According to the report given by the municipal doctor dated on the 26th of Kânûn Awwal (1)322 and bearing the number 75 (about expenses (?) of the directorate of the subdistrict of ‘Abwîn dated on the ? of Kânûn awal (1)322 and bearing the number 63), there are cases of smallpox in the village of Silwâd and its surroundings. It is necessary to send smallpox vaccinations and conduct a vaccination campaign. Since this is urgent and since there is no smallpox officer in the area, the council has decided to purchase 100 smallpox vaccines for a half franc each and send the servant of the pharmacy to the mentioned village. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 26th of Kânûn Awwal (1)322 (8th of January 1907).
