It is urgent to install twenty-seven meters of sewage water lines in the old city of Bethlehem from the beginning of the market until the door of the Fatabria courtyard given the renovation of the road in that area. In order to confirm this, this decision was taken on the 26th of Tammûz (1)310 (7th of August 1894).
