For the auctioning of the taxes in Bethlehem, to the account of the year 1311 (1895-1896), pertaining to the financial and municipal fund, auction notes have been arranged and herewith presented. In order to auction these taxes, it is appropriate to send the said notes together with their appendices to the Kaza Directorate. The 28th of Kânûn Thânî (1)310 (9th of February 1895).
