Cirbis İsa: 25 piasters + Yusuf İsa: 50 piasters + Esad Abdülkadir El Ca’ûni: 50 piasters= 125 piasters.
Since the above-written journeymen ignored the warnings issued by the municipality by working without a license at a house construction belonging to the Armenian Monastery, a fine of 25 piasters has been taken from Yusuf İsa and Abdülkadir El Ca’ûni. Since it has been testified that they still make an opposition and work together with Cirbis İsa, it has been considered that, in accordance with the 254. and 258. Articles of the Penal Code in effect as regards this matter, each of them be fined with 125 piasters. As regards taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate that matter to the Municipal Police Force. The 13th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)314 (25th of October 1898).
