İtalya devleti teb’asından İsa bin Anton nam arabacının belediye tarafından olunan tenbihâta ısga etmeyerek arabası sûret-i cebriyede imrâr ve rekz edilen tezniyât direklerinden bir aded şikset ettiği polis efrâdından verilen jurnalde beyân olunmuş olduğundan ve merkumdan bu babda müttehîz olan cezâ kanunnâme-i hümâyunun 254. maddesine tevfiken 25 guruş cezây-ı nakdî ile direk-i mezkûr pahâ ve mesârifi olan 15 guruşun dahi tahsili tensîb kılınmış olmağla ifâ-yı müktezâsı zımmında iktizâ eden mahâle emr-ü havalesi bâbında. Fi 13 Teşrîn-i evvel sene 314.
