Although the street, located within Bâb-al-Halil and through the ditch, is heavily traveled, one of its side is quite narrow. Therefore, filling out one part of this ditch and expansion of this road in accordance with the hereby presented map is regarded as one of the most important necessities, so it has been agreed upon by our council to start necessary work. It is appropriate to take due action in respect thereof. The 7th of Mârt (1)326 (20th of March 1910).
