Based on the memorandum of the governorate dated on the 27th of Mârt, (1)333, and which included the self reelection of the district administrative council dignitaries who have been relieved. After deliberation, it was agreed to elect ’Arif Bîk al-Dawûdî, Alî Effendi from Muslims; Sâbâ Effendi the baker and Theodore Effendi Banko from the Orthodox; Sirufîm Effendi Mitbâr and Shukrî Effendi al Kâris from the Latins. In order to organize the memorandum in the required manner and present it to the governorate, this decision was issued on the 29th of Mârt, (1)333 (29th of March 1917).
