It is necessary to write the income and expenditure of the quarantine effectuated last year and to arrange and present the required quarantine register. Therefore, in order to arrange and present a detailed budget register showing the amount of income and expenditure of the Jaffa quarantine and to swiftly convey the akçe left over the said income, it is appropriate to notify an order to the kaymakamlık of the said kaza. The 25th of Mârt (1)308 (6th of April 1892).
