Indeed, leaving the said reparation as it is now will not only impede the traffic, it will also pollute the air. It is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force in order to summon Hasan Bin Halil, Mahmud El Şeref and Hacı Bekir Effendi El Davud, who do not give consent to the immediate completion of the reparation, and to have the reparation be done by force, should the need arise. The 11th of Mayîs (1)308 (23rd of May 1892).
