The Sahratullah-ı Müşerrefe and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, both located within Jerusalem, and other places requiring reparation have been inspected and it has turned out they required a cost of 201,916 piasters as respected current akçe. It has been understood from the above-written annotation by the inspection committee that the first inspection register, drawn up on this matter with two copies, has been hereby presented. As regards taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 11th of Nîsân (1)314 (23rd of April 1898).
