In accordance with the decree, dated 27 January 1895 and numbered 287, sent from the Directorate of Imperial Military Schools, Huseyn Bin Muhammed Effendi from Diyarbakır, appointed as the official vaccinator of the sanjak of Jerusalem, arrived at Jerusalem in the beginning of February of the year 1895. This decision has been taken as it known that he has to be paid a monthly salary of 400 piasters as of February. The 7thof Shubât (1)310 (19th of February 1895).
