Since the mentioned stores are already eight years old __ ?_ and because of the strong winds two centers were destroyed and ___ and the rest were torn. If they are left this way in the future it will be very costly. Therefore it has been found to be urgent to repair them and renew the two centers mentioned. If it was done by way of a public bid, it would not bring the necessary benefit. If was thus decided to conduct this (bi wujh al amâna) with the help of the inspectors, so that the expenses won’t exceed the amount indicated in the report (daftar). And in order for the works to start and the payment of the mentioned amount from the council’s funds from construction revenues, this decision was taken on the 13th of Mayîs (1)308 (25th of May 1892).
