The person named Salim Sabit Malûf Al Rahlavi rented a shop from our municipality at a rate of 20,500 piasters and there is now a debt of 7,000 piasters from the rental prices of these shops. Although he was asked to pay his debt several times, no result has been obtained up to now. In case of any hesitation in the payment of this sum, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force in order to arrest the said person, in accordance with the 40. article of the Municipal Regulation. The 20th of Mârt (1)311 (1st of April 1895).
