Since the debris, soil and rubble caused by the reparation of the Ottoman Government mansion have not still been removed from the road, it would be difficult to free the said road from dirts. Thus, as regards the immediate removal of these debris, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the special commission. The 13th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)314 (25th of October 1898).
