Jaffa’da müceddeden inşâ edilmekte olan hükümet konağı ameliyâtına müktezî demirin münakasaya tarh edilerek ikinci numerolu olan cinsinin beher yüz kilosu 16 ve üçüncü numerolu cinsin beher yüz kilosu 18 ve dördüncü numerolu cinsin beher yüz kilosu 29 Frank bedel ile râgıbı uhdesine takarrür eylediğinden Jaffa’da râgıb var ise sür’at-i iş’ârı husûsunun kaza-i mezkûr kaymakamlığına ba-telgrafname-i âliyeleri irâde iş’ârı babında.
