Regarding the confirmation by the Sanjak Administrative Council of the iltizam certificate of Yakup Şakir Agha, the multazim of carriages in Jerusalem
Apart from the 15,730 piasters received by cash as stated above, the sprinkling of macadams has been contracted out to the said multazim and it has been predicted that 40,000 to 50,000 piasters shall be expended from the municipal fund. Due to the fact that this sum is absorbed into the iltizam cost of the said taxes, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council, if the presented proceeding is deemed suitable also by the said council, in order to confirm this certificate and take a decision about the seizure of the real estate provided as surety. The 2nd of Tammûz (1)324 (15th of July 1908).
