Regarding the Dutch auction for bread to be distributed every three months to Maghrib community at the Ali Medin Al Guş (?) kaddese sırruhû al Aziz (?) zawiya located in Jerusalem
The persons thought to have an interest in this auction were summoned to our council. After necessary incentives, 0.05 piasters was decreased from its previous cost. It was decided that the each batman of the said bread be distributed by Hasan bin Muhammed under the guarantee of Al Hac Mustafa Helal at a rate of 2.2 piasters. And the previous suitor then withdrew from the auction. The 25th of Agustos (1)320 (7th of September 1904).
