Our council’s budget to the account of 1315 (1899 – 1900) has been arranged and is hereby presented. As regards determining a day for the convention of the Municipal Association before the impending fiscal year so as to examine this budget for ratification, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 10th of Shubât (1)314 (22nd of February 1899).
