Posta-i mezkûre nakli için yevmî iki def’a şimendifere gidip gelmesi müktezî olup umûm tarafından i’tâ kılındığı gibi beher def’aya yarım mecidiye i’tâ olunduğu takdirde şehrî 30 mecidiye yani 570 guruş i’tâsı müktezî olacağından ve iâne-i sabıka 250 guruşa sebeb-i tenzîli ise arabacılar beyninde nüfûr husûl edip yekdiğerini ızrâr için bu dereceye tenzîl edildiği ve bi’l-ahere müteahhid mukâvelesinden aciz kaldığı Postahane idaresinden teşekki olunmuş ve meclis-i idare-i livâ kararında beyân olunduğu vechile yine teşvikât-ı mükteziyye icrâ edilerek müteahhid tarafından 30 guruş ba-tenzîl şehrî 400 guruş bedel ile takarrür etmiş olmağla. Fi 1 Haziran sene 311 (13th of June 1895).
