According to the decision of the district administrative council (majlis idârat al liwâ) to move the slaughterhouse from its current location to the area of Dâr Qaddûm on the way to the village of ‘Izzariyya. On the basis of the aforementioned it has been decided to buy the needed land and estimate its price. The commission that was elected according to the rule of land property had decided that each square ell (dhra’ muraba’) of land in the valley of Qaddûm is worth twenty paras according to the official currency. (This land) belongs to Mr. ‘Abd Al Razzaq Effendi Al Fatiyâtî and his partner. In order for the price of the mentioned land to be paid from the account of the municipal council according to the value decided (for it), this decision was taken on the 16th of Agustos (1)310 (28th of August 1894).
