In accordance with the 8. article of the Real Estate Confiscation Regulation, necessary announcements were written and put up in various places. Since no objection was raised, the said land was purchased for the construction of the mentioned mosque. For the payment of the estimated land cost from the Waqfs’ Fund, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Waqfs’ Accounting. The 28th of Shubât (1)310 (12th of March 1895).
