We announce that all the slaughtering fees which benefit the education department (idârat al m‘ârif) in Jerusalem are up for a public bid from the first of Rajab (1)323 with the conditions detailed in the directions about public bids. So whoever wants to bid should contact the district administrative council. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 6th of Mârt (1)323 (19th of March 1907).
