We announce after the end of the year (1)311 that the tax-farming rights for roads and brokerage are proposed for public bid. And in agreement with the bidders, they have been decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of one hundred and eleven thousand five hundred piasters. Since the following (?) decision was taken, it was concluded that [this public bid] should be hung up for eleven working days starting at the date below. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 14th of Mârt (1)312 (26th of March 1896).
