We announce that the improvement and repair of the two roads leading from Jaffa Gate to Khushit khâna and from Jaffa Gate to the corridor leading to the train station are proposed Dutch auction. The auction was decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of forty nine thousand and five hundred piasters. Accordingly, it was concluded that this auction should be hung up for three-day-period. [So] everyone who is interested in the auction, should contact the municipal council in Jerusalem within the [above-] mentioned period. Accordingly, these directions were published on the 20th of tishrîn thânî (1)311 (2nd of December 1895).
